Ambulatory Service
LSU Vet Med offers ambulatory services for equine clients within a certain distance. Please call 225-578-9500 for more information.
Due to the proximity of the Vet School to Tiger Stadium, timely response for on-site ambulatory emergencies is limited during certain large events. Therefore, the Ambulatory Service is unable to respond to field service calls during LSU home football games when traffic flow is altered by LSU/Baton Rouge Police. However, the hospital remains available to all clients for haul-in emergency services.
